Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about what data is collected during your visit to our website and how it is used. This privacy policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data
As a rule, we do not collect personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us – for example, through the contact form. This includes your name, email address, telephone number, and your message.
We use this data exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent upon submission or our legitimate interest in responding. Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully processed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

4. Reservations via ALENO
These terms apply to reservations at Restaurant Capri, Dufourstrasse 80, 8008 Zurich. By booking via ALENO and providing a valid credit card, you accept our terms and conditions.
•    A credit card guarantee may be required to secure your reservation.
•    Credit card data is encrypted and processed through ALENO/Stripe and is not visible to us.
•    The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to release your table and charge a no-show fee.
Cancellation & No-Show: Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the reservation. After that or in the event of a no-show, up to 100% of the menu price or a flat fee per reserved seat may be charged – even if fewer guests attend than originally booked.
Payment: Consumption is paid on-site. Cancellation fees are automatically charged to the credit card within 72 hours.
Data Security: We use only certified providers. Capri does not have access to your credit card data.
Jurisdiction: Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

5. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we require your email address and your consent via double opt-in. Providing your name is optional and allows for personalized communication.
The newsletter contains updates, offers, and event information from Restaurant Capri. It is sent via Mailchimp, a secure provider, based on our legitimate interest and possibly a data processing agreement.
You can withdraw your consent at any time – via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. Your data will only be stored for the duration of your subscription.

6. Your Rights
You have the following rights concerning your stored personal data:
