CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to reservations at Restaurant Capri, Dufourstrasse 80, 8008 Zurich. By booking through ALENO and providing a valid credit card, you accept our General Terms & Conditions.To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee may be required.
Credit card data is processed in encrypted form via ALENO/Stripe and is not visible to us. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may release the table and charge a no-show fee.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation.
After that, or in the case of no-shows, up to 100% of the menu price or a flat fee per reserved seat may be charged – even in the case of a reduced number of guests.
GROUPS
The ordered menus will be charged as offered, even if the group arrives with a different number of guests at short notice or if individual guests request a menu change on site.
PAYMENTS
Food and beverages are to be paid in the restaurant. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the stored card within 72 hours.
DATA SECURITY
We work exclusively with certified providers. Capri has no access to your credit card details.
JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
DOGS WELCOME
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. A small to medium-sized dog (up to approx. 60 cm shoulder height and 20 kg weight) may accompany you to the restaurant, provided it can rest quietly under the table.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs – regardless of their size – are not allowed on benches or chairs, even with a blanket.
